We are a veteran-based advocacy group who sees an increasing need to help get service disabled veterans mobile. Especially in rural areas where public transportation is not available or existent. Our goal is to get these great heroes who need reliable transportation to get to the doctor, to the store or even to work. This won't only improve their physical health, but will really boost morale. Knowing that they can be more self sufficient and provide better care for themselves and their family. How does it work? Our team of veterans and civilians reach out to automotive dealers and service companies, educate them on the need, partner with them to donate a vehicle, and once the vehicle is in tip top shape, donate it to qualified veterans in need.
If you already have a vehicle and it is nonfunctional or unsafe we will work with our community of volunteers to get you mobile again!
We would like to provide a resource to retrofit your vehicle for handicap lifts and controls.
Remember when as a teenager and got your first car, the freedom and pride of ownership that it gave you! That's what we intend to provide, not just a vehicle, but; hope, freedom and pride!
